Welcome to LinkedSDR (a brand under Finberty Pte. Ltd) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing and using the LinkedIn profiles (“Accounts”) made available through our service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Introduction & Eligibility
Service Description
LinkedSDR, a brand under Finberty Pte. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), provides secure, managed environments that allow clients (“you”) to operate outreach campaigns within LinkedIn’s intended use and limits, through real LinkedIn profiles owned by independent contractors (“Profile Owners”).
These profiles belong to real individuals who voluntarily collaborate with us under written agreements.
All activity operates under defined terms of engagement, safety rules and compliance oversight to protect platform integrity.
Operating Principles of the LinkedSDR™ System
The LinkedSDR System operates under three core principles that guide all client and partner collaborations:
1. Real LinkedIn Profile
Every system starts with a real and aged LinkedIn profile owned by a real individual who agrees to collaborate under clear terms of engagement.
2. Secured Infrastructure Layer
Each system runs inside a protected setup using GoLogin, US proxy and digital fingerprinting to ensure activity stays stable, authentic and within LinkedIn’s natural limits.
Each party operates and monitors activity through this secured layer, ensuring visibility, compliance and trust.
3. Agreement Framework
Every collaboration follows defined rules that protect the profile owner, the client and overall system integrity.
The framework adapts depending on your plan, from DIY access to DWY assisted setup to DFY full-service execution, with consistent safeguards across all.
These principles reflect how LinkedSDR maintains safety, transparency and compliance across every managed environment.
Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our referenced compliance guidelines.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Age & Legal Capacity
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
2. Mandatory Usage Guidelines
To protect every participant and uphold the Operating Principles above, you must follow these rules.
Identity & Profile Integrity
- Do not change the profile’s name, location, or URL.
- Do not change the profile picture without written approval.
- Optional outfit or background edits may be requested in advance and approved in writing.
Past Experience & Education Integrity
- You may update job titles and descriptions within past experience sections to align with your outreach messaging.
- However, company names, company logos, and education entries are fixed and cannot be changed, as they are part of the Profile Owner’s identity.
Access & Credentials
- You operate within our managed environment;
- Do not modify email, password, or two-factor settings.
- Avoid repeated OTP triggers; contact support if they occur.
Proper Use of Profile
Permitted activities include connection requests, messaging, commenting, reposting, liking, and other normal professional engagement.
Prohibited activities include:
- scraping or data extraction of any kind
- bulk exporting of contacts or conversations
- job postings or recruitment advertisements
- spam, unethical, misleading, or illegal activity
- impersonation, hate speech, or harassment
These environments are for legitimate B2B networking and outreach only.
Third-Party Responsibility
- You are responsible for any VA or team member operating under your subscription.
- Agencies must ensure their clients comply; any misuse by a client is treated as your breach.
- You may not resell, transfer, or sub-license operation rights without our written approval.
Tools & Integrations
- All connected tools must be disclosed.
- Approved: GoLogin (anti-detect browser) and one outreach tool configured within safe, human-like limits.
- LinkedIn Premium, Sales Navigator, or Recruiter may be used at your own cost.
- Any additional tool or integration requires prior written consent.
Supplementary Usage Policy Clause
LinkedSDR may issue additional operational or safety guidelines from time to time (the “Usage Policy”) to reflect evolving platform rules and best practices.
Compliance with the latest Usage Policy is required to maintain access.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in suspension or termination.
3. Recommended Best Practices
Following these practices is strongly encouraged to maintain trust, performance, and long-term account health.
Profile Management
- Limit profile edits to 1–2 per day; update sections gradually to mimic natural behavior.
- Never delete old experiences or education; always add new entries instead.
- Suggested update flow: Headline → About → Banner → Experience → Skills (spread over several days).
- Avoid abrupt or excessive changes.
Network & Engagement
- Build real connections by linking the profile with your own team or colleagues.
- Engage authentically — like, comment, and repost relevant content occasionally.
- Maintain a professional tone and avoid repetitive or misleading actions.
Messaging & Outreach
- Keep messages concise (around 400 characters) and conversational.
- Space follow-ups at least three working days apart.
- Be transparent about who you represent; avoid hard-selling or impersonation.
Warm-Up & Connection Limits
- Start with 15 connection requests per day, increasing by 2 daily until reaching 25 per weekday (maximum).
- Monitor acceptance rates and prioritize quality over quantity.
- Keep campaigns steady; avoid long pauses or sudden spikes.
Profile Visits & Search Limits
- Maximums per day: 25–30 profile visits, up to 50 company page visits, and up to 15 searches.
- Focus on meaningful engagement — real conversations outperform passive browsing.
Safety Commitment
LinkedSDR updates these best practices as platform dynamics evolve.
Follow the latest Usage Policy to ensure ongoing compliance and safety.
4. Dedicated IP & Automation Tools
All operation must occur through the dedicated IP or proxy provided or approved by us.
Any activity automation tools must run within LinkedIn’s natural human limits and on the same proxy or GoLogin environment.
Exceeding safe-use limits or using unauthorized automation immediately voids your subscription and may result in termination without refund.
5. Policy on Restrictions
If a profile is restricted, we will attempt recovery within 48 hours.
If recovery fails, we will replace the profile or credit your next billing cycle.
Restrictions caused by your breach result in immediate termination without refund.
Credits apply only for verified downtime beyond 48 hours and only if you renew.
6. Independent Contractor Relationship
The Profile Owners of these Accounts are independent contractors under our payroll. You acknowledge that you are subscribing to access to these Accounts through us and will treat them with the same respect and care as if they were your own. We shall take all necessary steps to safeguard the integrity of these profiles.
7. Payment & Subscription
Fees are due according to your invoice or plan.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination.
You own all leads, conversations, and campaign data created under your subscription.
The profiles, credentials, and historical content remain the property of the Profile Owners and LinkedSDR.
8. Termination
By You
You may terminate with written notice. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds.
By Us
We may terminate if you breach these Terms, trigger LinkedIn restrictions through misuse, or engage in illegal activity.
No refunds apply if terminated for breach.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide the Service (including access to the Accounts) on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to maintain account stability and limit suspensions, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Accounts.
We are not liable for any loss or damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising from restrictions, suspensions, or any temporary unavailability of the Accounts.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LinkedSDR (a brand under Finberty Pte. Ltd), its directors, officers, employees, agents, or Profile Owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability is capped at USD 500.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LinkedSDR (a brand under Finberty Pte. Ltd), its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Accounts.
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
- Any content or information you provide or actions you take while using the Accounts.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore to resolve any disputes.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least [30 days’] notice prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By subscribing to our Service and accessing our LinkedSDR system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
